23 Mar 09 - Karend > IanS - "You did fab considering it's always windy out this way. Mile 11 just before the "undulation" is where i stay so i know that "undulation" well!! Knee will be better before the highland fling, i'll just have to rest and stretch and flat stuff this week. I managed 28 miles so that's not a bad days work i suppose :-)"
