That sounds very strange - the code hasn't changed and the processing is very much atomic (threadsafe), so I don't see how a cross-contamination can occur. Can you forward the whole email to me - that'll give me details of the time and activity that I can then cross-reference against the site log. Stuart

Is the mail-server stuck again? My track doesn't get processed this morning.

Thanks Haayman According to the logs, the mail server's been unavailable (timing out) since 3:55am this morning - I've submitted a ticket to the ISP. When the mail server comes back online hopefully the emails will come through. Stuart

Hi, first time ive used the mytracks email gpx to mytracks@runsaturday.com service. Should i expect it to be taking time (emailed it at 10:49, 40 minutes ago as i type this)? or is there a fault. (i have configured my email on the mytracks page and it is the same email address that i sent the fle from.) Cheers Tim p.s. i cannot see the activity which occurred this morning and didnt recieve an email reply with an error or confirmation of receipt or something.

still not available. guess not working so i will add the gpx manually.
just added it manually and even though the data is in the gpx file for each 1KM split it doesnt show this data in the laps tab. is this to be expected or did i select the wrong info when configuring mytracks in android?

It seems that since oct 14 I don't get any confirmation-mails after uploading mytracks GPS-files. The do get processed though, but I'd rather get the confirmation-mails again.

They've not been turned off... I'll see if I can spot any spam traps anywhere along the way.
