*high fives*

Work is getting the way of my running this week

Might hit the roads after work tonight though, because there will be no-one else at home

Ummm yes well joined in this a little late but have added myself to the 30-39s for both.... didn't realise there were two challenges so have just entered the bike and run one too Dancing

Hopefully that'll give us a little boost Applause

"Live more than your neighbors. Unleash yourself upon the world and go places. Go now. Giggle, no, laugh. No...stay out past dark and bark at the moon like the wild dog that you are. Understand that this is not a dress rehearsal. This is it. Your life. Face your fears and live your dreams. Take it all in. Yes, every chance you get. Come close. And by all means, whatever you do, get it on film."

Good for you! Funny how that happens, huh? i think as we get older, we realize we need to take care of ourselves. Knock on wood - I haven't had any foot or knee problems.

You're definitely right there. My biggest catalyst really was one of my friends, who I always considered to be far more physically active and healthier than me. He had a major heart attack that left him clinically dead for 3 minutes. It really spurred me into looking at what I was doing and how I was doing it.

Cor, I envy you. I've got arthritic knees, back problems and shoulder and neck problems. Plus, over the years, I've broken my collarbone, wrist, ankle, 4 ribs and fractured my pelvis (not all at the same time)and they all play up like stink when it's cold and damp!

No wonder I'm...Grumpy

Come on Kiddies!

Jules will log his IM distances when he gets back and that means we're well down there in 3rd.

Just added 95 miles cycling and 16.5 of running.

Hope you're all out on long runs!!!
