Got into all this by accident. I've been a runner for many years, although I took a sixteen year break to raise my children. When I met my wife running was a 24/7 thing ... I lived and breathed running and I decided to take a 'short break' , but before I knew it I wasn't twenty-something anymore and I was thirty eight. In my late 20s/early 30s I began smoking and one New Years Eve when I had over indulged decided to quit and take up running again to help. For my 40th birthday I was given a Garmin Forerunner watch, which I have used upto the end of October, 2010. After a two month break I decided to use it again but, unfortunately the battery has died on the watch. I went out and bought an arm strap for my phone to use with a copy of Run.Gps. I wasn't too keen on this and did some more searching when I came across the Runsat software. I've played with the software and worn the arm strap around the house and can't wait to test this on my first run of 2011. Thanks for reading and I hope this is start of something good for me. Great website
I love running :-)

Thanks for all the replies. Managed to do a short jog this morning of 5.5 miles and really enjoyed being out again. It was a bit fiddly starting Runsat on my phone, because of the damp conditions I had it sat under my clothing. The software was super accurate, but I am missing my heart rate monitor. Will do a few more short runs to see how I am health wise. Also need to get the phone more secure and waterproof for next run. Thanks again
I love running :-)

Not currently, Andy - sorry. But if you put the tcx files into sporttracks then it (or one of its plugins) will probably work it out for you. Or maybe someone else has a suggestion.... ? Stuart

Hi,
Stuart is right, if you up/download your activities in sporttracks, then inside sporttracks it can be done. The interface doesn't allow to upload aggregated information. Possible interesting plugins for this are record book by Meght and find the best by Vonnie.
Success Dirk
