New version of Sporttracks 3 is out. I´m waiting for compatible runsaturday plugin. Please, will be developed?

Apologies if this seems to by hijacking the thread, but I want to know if SportTracks version 3.0 would be the best [free] software available for a triathlon training log. I am using the prior version of SportTracks [and is very satisfied with it] but have always wondered whether there is something better out there. I used it primarily for running activities but am considering using it for multisport. Hence, the question whether it is the best [free] software out there for triathlon.

First: new Sporttracks 3 is not free software and more plugins previously free are now shareware :-(.
I am using sporttracks 4 years for triathlon training log, and i think, is the best with runsaturday plugin to export acitvities from ST to RS.
May be, WKO+ with training peaks is better, but 200usd per year...

Do we know when it is going to be available? I am using 3.0 nowadays, but I have to keep with ST2.1 just because I want to send my training here. Thanks in advance.

Can't you use it the other way arround? I mean first upload here, download as a .tcx file and import in ST3? One issue though, you can't export .tcx from here if there isn't gps info in your activity (ie. at spinning)

What are the advantages of SportsTrack v3 above Runsaturday? I don't know what else I would like compared to SportsTrack?

One big difference is that it is an offline app. That can be seen both as an advantage and as disadvantage. To me compared to runsaturday, sporttracks is better at keeping track of equipment and of yourself as an athlete. And there are more options to define sportdepending HR-categories.
