First off, I'm really enjoying the site. I'm just getting back in to bike racing and was looking for some way to chart my progress and courses. This is just what I needed.

That said, I have a couple of questions. I've got a number of courses created that are next to each other... relatively short loops that I sometimes combine to do multiple laps. I see a "laps" icon at the top of my training sessions where it would show lap times... however I don't see where I initially enter in the lap count for a given circuit when I manually add my training. Is it there and I'm just missing it? any pointers would be appreciated.

Also, (and I think I know the answer already) is there anyway to combine courses in one training session? ie: say I do one predefined course then I go do another immediately, right now it seems I need to enter in two training sessions. Is there any way to do it in one?

Good to hear you are enjoying the site - welcome, gdead :)

Currently, laps mean laps direct from you Garmin.

However, there are a few new developments in the shorter and longer term pipeplines which might be of interest:

- in the shorter term, I'm looking to build a view which will allow you to view different splits within a single activity (I'll probably build this as an app - so if any app developers are interested, then please get in touch). You can already do this a bit in the Player view.

- in the longer term (which hopefully is only weeks or months) I'm thinking about some form of time trial/climb trial analysis which will automatically pick out some interested features. I need to think some more about this, but it feels very possible and feels quite exciting, especially for cyclists (I'd quite like the site to automatically pick out every time I've climbed up White Down - it could then remind me how fat and slow I've gotten!)

On combining multiple courses into one.... sorry, but you do know the answer already :) This isn't on the todo list at present - but I will keep building functionality and this may arrive one day!

Thanks again for the positive feedback ThumbsUp

Welcome to the site!

Loving the idea of climb stats Holly.

I made a point to try 3 climbs close to eachother that are relatively local on my ride on Sunday. I've ridden one of them before but not all three. The one climb I've done has a 15% gradient sign, but the others don't yet seem as difficult or more difficult.

If I use http://www.knackes.com/blog/index.php?post/2008/11/20/193-gpx-editor-1070 to split add the lap information to a (android) gpx track Runsaturday understands the laps.
