Hi, jjust want to ask, which software do you use on Android phone and which one is full compatible with runningfreeonline website?

I use "My tracks" by Google Team. I export my run as GPX and then mail to mytracks@runsaturday.com and ... voilà ! I see on others workouts that Garmin software produces more accurate traces (including splits and instant speeds) but this app works well for me. and it's free.
