Manual data entry, caching and all that

Good morning from a bright and springful BFR.
As a rule, I only use this computer here, which, the Lord be praised, has just been upgraded to IE7 (insert reference to Century of the Fruitbat here) to input my morning microcommute to work - so it is great - I go to the manual entry screen and only have to change a few fields. However...
Then I go home, say, log (manually) my evening microcommute, then go swimming and come home again. Now all the fields are pre-populated with the wrong data. Which is a *leeeetle* bit of a pain. And I'm not talking a slither of Frenach bread.

IE7 - wow! Welcome to the new world. (Seriously wonder how you've stayed sane using Safari at home and IE6 at work!) On this question I'm not entirely sure what the question is - which fields have the wrong data - is it just location? Or some of the others? What are you thinking? Some sort of activity templates system? Or something simpler? My coffee's clearly not kicked in yet today!

I wonder how the force stays sane - it is still force policy that everyone uses IE6 - the reasons are to do with an internal system not having been tested on anything more modern...
Still no tabbed browsing, of course, but hey.
Back at the question - all I was asking, and I'm sure it is within your gift, is for the manual data entry screen not to 'remember' the last thing that one manually entered.
We *really* need to sort out remote access so I can show you stuff. ;-)
