Huntingdon 10K Charity Run 2012

The Huntingdon 10K Charity Run held on Father’s Day, Sunday 17th June starts this year from the Alconbury Airfield and is a multi –terrain, race. It starts along the old historic runway and out past the perimeter fence onto open land, where is continues along bridleways and footpaths before returning back to the airfield.

The race will be chip-timed and there will be medals and mementos for all finishers and prizes for the winners. There will be frequent water stations. Age limit 16 and upwards.

This year is the third year the event has been run and is organised by Hullabaloo in association with the BRJ Running and Triathlon club, and kindly hosted by Urban and Civic.

There will also be a 3K Fun Run for those aged 5 and upwards.

There is a Community Fair with children’s activities and a number of stalls to keep you occupied.
