Aims for June 2012 to 2013
Well, I'm writing this in January. Last June I trained very well for Comrades then was concussed and had some face bones broken in a motor accident.
Don't be in another accident
Run a second Comrades (this year is 'Up')
The minimal running is going very well, but I must still strive to 'Run more like a Kenyan'

39m 10k ✗, 3h20m marathon ✔, barefoot 21.1k ✗
Improve my swimming (midmar mile)
