19 Sep 11 - Timbo > 2011-09-19 06:17 - "Glad to manage to push myself to do another 10K in the morning. Remember thinking i wasnt feeling too bad when i reached the legoman. Obviously pace was off as at halfway i was up to 25 minutes i think. So pleased for the 10.4K but need to increase the pace next time as it was a 56:35 10K pace which would leave me way off pace for breaking 50M 10K in 20 days."
