I always enjoyed running but restarting after 20 years of inactivity is quite hard, I hope it will help me to stop smoking before I'll beat the 5K world record for smokers
So far, so good. Having a lot of fun, avoiding injuries and improving.
At the end of 2011 I ran my first 10K in 59:09, some days later I've bet that time to 57:38
Next challenge is the Madrid half Marathon on April 1st, training already started.
