I am an over-the-hill runner who keeps on forgetting it ;)

Father of four (2 boys, 2 girls), husband of one (lovely and long-suffering....she doesn't understand running, but she does play tennis). I also ride bikes a lot and fall over regularly on skis and snowboards....

My job takes me to several interesting locations and IOWA, and I love running in new places to see views you wouldn't usually see....and to counter all those business meals and booze...

I can dispense fatherly advice and have a strange sense of humour
