Still in Amsterdam. The clean-up was still ongoing, and the crowds had thinned a little, but still not possible to run (it was difficult enough to walk without bumping into people). Did manage to get 5 miles in before I got fed up with idiots in my way though.

Location:
South Norwood Country Park
First attempt at running since the half marathon. Really felt disheartened after the half, lost all enjoyment and motivation. Now realised I have to change my focus. I'm concentrating too much on times / speed when I should be focusing on distance / length of run (will make an exception for Parkrun!). Today I ran 3k to ease myself back into it. Managed not to look at the time until it was uploaded on Garmin Connect. 3k / 17 mins continuous and comfortable running. Good restart.
